HOw to order

It is important to us that your cake is exactly what you want. Our cakes are %100 order made from scratch. Therefore, we limit the number of orders we accept to give each cake the attention it deserves. We recommend that you place an order as soon as you have secured the date of your event, and at least two weeks before order placement. If you need your cake sooner, contact us to check our availability.

<Pricing> We work on a 100% pre-payment basis. An order is considered placed after full payment is made. Changes and cancellation of orders are allowed up to 4 days of the delivery / pick up date. No refund is issued for cancellation after the 4 days mark, under any circumstance.
The cost of our custom cakes is determined on an individual basis. If your original design isn’t in line with your budget, we are happy to make alternative suggestions, so please feel free to inquire.

<Tasting> We do not offer complimentary tasting. We offer a tasting box for purchase which contains 4 different cake slices (your choice of 4 flavors, of course) in the box. It requires 4-5 business days advance notice until it is ready for pick up. Please contact us to order.

<DIETARY REQUIREMENTS > Sweetopia is not a nut-free kitchen. However, we offer nut-free alternatives, but there could be a possibility of trace. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary requirements prior to placing an order. Please note that all our cakes are produced in an environment where nuts, gluten, soya, and dairy products are present. Every effort will be made to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Should you be aware of any guests with a food allergy, it is your responsibility to inform the guests of this risk and Sweetopia cannot be held liable for any ill effects.
